Neonatal sepsis is an intrusive disease, normally bacterial, and frequently happening during the neonatal period (0–28 days). Neonatal sepsis causes a high weight of horribleness and mortality in creating nations like Ethiopia. There are divided, irregularity, and no survey has been directed to report the extent and related variables of neonatal sepsis in Ethiopia. Subsequently, this investigation planned to survey the pooled predominance of neonatal sepsis and its relationship with birth weight and gestational age among conceded neonates in Ethiopia. Neonatal sepsis is a circulatory system disease. It is a significant reason for bleakness and mortality for babies. It tends to be classified as beginning stage or late beginning neonatal sepsis. Of babies with beginning stage sepsis, 85% present inside 24 h, 5% present at 24–48 h, and a littler rate present inside 48–72 h . Beginning stage neonatal sepsis is related with the procurement of microorganisms from the mother, birth trench during conveyance.
