We incorporate technical creativity, data-driven analyzes and mental health professional expertise. Professionals' mental health innovations as an alternative to traditional clinical practice include email, SMS, virtual reality, computer programs, forums , social networks, internet, video conferencing, computer games, instant messaging, and podcasts. Lower cost: Some apps cost less than traditional care or are free of charge. Service to more people: Technology may allow providers of mental health to offer care to people in remote areas or to more people in times of urgent need (e.g. after a natural disaster or terror).
