The menstrual disorder is a common type of abnormal uterine bleeding and it is characterized from light to heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding. The period’s volume may vary from women to women. The abnormality of heavy menstrual flow is a sign of anemia such anemia such as fatigue or shortness of breath. There are types of menstrual disorder that are abnormal bleeding, amenorrhea, oligomenorrhea, fibroids, premenstrual syndrome, and premenstrual dysphonic disorder. There are some to recover from these illness that are diuretics, prostaglandin inhibitors, hormone supplements, oral contraceptives, tranquilizers, vitamins or minerals supplements, surgery, regular exercise and dietary modifications. The some of the causes for heavy bleeding or menstrual disorder are puberty, underactive thyroid glands, and noncancerous uterus tumors, changes in diet or exercise, vaginal infections, inflammation of the cervix.
