Constitutional law is the body of law that defines the relationship within a state of different entities, namely the executive, the legislature , and the judiciary. Future constitutional law is the body of law that determines the relationship between various bodies within an state, that is, the executive, the legislature and the judiciary. Not all nation states have codified future constitutional law, though all of them have a jus commune, or land law, which can consist of a variety of imperative and consensual rules. This can include customary law, treaties, statutory law, law created by judges, or international rules and standards.
