  Study of the nature of the drugs and how they react in the human body is general pharmacology. The final drugs after several studies and clinical trials will be on the market and suggested by general physicians for various diseases. There are prescription drugs that should be taken only under supervision of a general medicine doctor.The general pharmacology is involves the aspects of sources of drugs, route of administration of drugs, absorption of drugs and factors affecting them, distribution, biotransformation & its excretion and  it also involves the mechanism by which drug is acting with receptor, toxicity of drug & preclinical and clinical evaluation.Pallor, jaundice, central cyanosis, peripheral cyanosis, pyrexia, dry, pitting edema, scratch marks, bruising, spider naevi etc. are some of the basic conditions where general pharmacology is required. After knowing the condition of the patient after general diagnosis, immediate precautionary drugs are general pharmacology. Mostly general pharmacology drugs will become available everywhere & most reachable to the common people.
