Gene Expression Profiling Journals

Gene expression profiling is the determination of the gene pattern expressed, at the transcription level, under different circumstances or in a particular cell to give a global image of cellular activity. Techniques for measuring this include DNA microarrays that measure the relative activity of the previously identified target genes, or sequencing technologies that enable all active genes to be profiled. Gene expression profiling journal is a periodic publication intended to advance science further, usually through reporting on novel research. Hundreds of research journals are in circulation, and even more have been published in the past at various times.
