Pharmaceutical care may be a direct or indirect responsible provision of drug therapy for the aim of achieving the reduction or elimination of a patient's symptoms; slowing of a disease process or arresting; or preventing a disease. Pharmaceutical Care is that the pharmacologist/pharmacist’s contribution to the care of people so as to optimize medicines use and improve health outcomes. It includes mainly two functions: identifying potential and manifest problems in the pharmacotherapy and then resolving the problems and preventing the potential problems from becoming real for the patient and his therapy results and a good follow up strategy. publish scholarly articles that correspond to latest discoveries and inventions related to development of vaccines, innovation of novel drugs for the treatment of common and rare acute and chronic diseases, bioavailability and bioequivalence studies of already known drugs, and data analysis through advanced modeling methods. Pharmaceutical Care may be a patient-centred , outcomes oriented pharmacy practice that needs the pharmacist to figure together with the patient and therefore the patient's other healthcare providers to prevent disease, to market health, and initiate,  to assess, monitor, and modify medication use to assure that drug therapy regimens are safe and effective. The main aim  of Pharmaceutical Care is to achieve positive clinical outcomes, within realistic economic expenditures and optimize the patient's health-related quality of life.
