A case report is a detailed report of the diagnosis , treatment, treatment response and follow-up after treatment of an individual patient. A case-series is a group of case reports involving similarly treated patients.A case series is a type of medical study that tracks subjects with a known exposure, such as patients receiving similar treatment, or examines their exposure and outcome records.
