Climate change is a problem that determines our time and we are at a critical time. From shifting meteorological patterns that threaten food production to rising sea levels that increase the risk of catastrophic floods, the effects of climate change are global and on an unprecedented scale. Without drastic steps, adapting to this effect will be more difficult and expensive in the future. The main cause of climate change is the burning of fossil fuels such as oil and coal, which emit greenhouse gases into the atmosphere - mainly carbon dioxide. Other human activities such as agriculture and deforestation also contribute to the spread of greenhouse gases that cause climate change. While some of this gas is a natural and critical part of the Earth's temperature control system, atmospheric CO2 concentrations did not exceed 300 ppm between the rise of human civilization about 10,000 years ago and 1900. Today it is around 400 ppm, a level that has not been reached for more than 400,000 years.
