Anything that can cause an abnormally developing ordinary body cell can potentially cause cancer; the following general types of cancer-related or causal agents are: chemical or toxic exposures to compounds, ionizing radiation, certain pathogens and human genetics. Although general signs and symptoms are not very clear, the following can be observed in patients with various cancers: weakness, weight loss, discomfort, skin changes , changes in bowel or bladder function, irregular bleeding, recurrent cough or voice changes, fever, lumps, or tissue masses. The Journal of Cancer Research is an open access journal featuring high-quality, cancer biology and research articles. Research on various types of cancer such as: prostate cancer, blood cancer, bone cancer , brain cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer , breast cancer, renal cancer, endocrine cancer, cancer of the HPV-associated cancer, head or neck, oral cancer , colorectal cancer, gastric cancer, cancer of the pancreas, skin cancer , lung cancer and oesophageal cancer are discussed in the journal.
