Bone Marrow Technology Journals

Bone Marrow Transplantation (BMT) is a valuable method for leukemia diagnosis, extreme combined immune deficiency, defects of enzymes, autoimmune disease, and osteoporosis. In addition, BMT plays an significant role in inducing immune tolerance in organ transplants. Bone marrow is a spongy tissue composed of hematopiatic stem cells (HSCs), mesenchymal stem cells ( MSCs), and separate blood cells. HSCs distinguish between common myeloid and lymphoid precursor cells and then finally differentiate into erythrocytes, monocytes, platelets, neutrophils, dendritic cells and other cells. MSCs can differentiate into cells derived from mesoderms such as adipocytes, osteoblasts, and osteoclasts, as well as endodermand ectodermic cells.
