Bioanalysis Impact Factor
Recent years also seen the publication in literature of many high-quality research papers discussing various theoretical and technological facets of bioanalysis. This is already commonly recognized that
bioanalysis is an important aspect of a novel chemical entity's
pharmacokinetic / pharmacodynamic classification from the period of its synthesis and through different phases of product production, contributing to its commercial authorisation. The essential bioanalytical criteria and their application to drug research and production methods are addressed in this review which will help to produce secure and more efficient medicines with reduced development time and expense. This is intended to provide some basic ideas in this field and will form the foundation of a general structure for how to treat
bioanalysis from the beginning (i.e. identification of a lead molecule) and advance across various stages of drug production. The discovery and development of a new drug costs about $1 billion, and it may take about 10 years for the drug to reach the marketplace. Drug discovery and development is the process of generating compounds and evaluating all their properties to determine the feasibility of selecting one new chemical entity (NCE) to become a safe and effective drug. Radical reform is under way in product exploration approaches and product production systems
