Attention Deficit Disorder/ Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

ILLness of attention deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) is a type of neurodevelopmental mental disorder. It is defined by difficulty in paying attention, repetitive behavior and behaving without regard to consequences, which otherwise are not suitable for a person's age. Some individuals with ADHD may have trouble controlling feelings or executive-function issues. The signs should begin before a person is twelve years of age for a diagnosis, be present for more than six months, and trigger issues in at least two environments (such as school , home, or recreation). Problems with paying attention in children can result in poor performance at the school. There is also an correlation of certain psychiatric illnesses and abuse of the drugs. Because it causes disability, particularly in modern society , many people with ADHD can continue to be concerned with tasks they consider fascinating or satisfying (known as hyperfocus).
