Analytical Technique Journals

An analytical technique is a method or procedure used to analyze some problem, status or fact. Usually the analytical techniques are time-limited and task-limited. They are once used to resolve a specific problem. Opposed to management methods that affect organization management in a longer term. Analytical techniques allow researchers to examine complex relationships among variables. There are three basic types of analytical techniques: analytical regression, grouping methods, and multiple equation models. Regression analysis assumes that one or more independent variables directly affect the dependent, or outcome, variable. There are four main types of regression analyzes: OLS regression, Logistic regression, Hierarchical linear analysis, Period models.  Grouping approaches are strategies in which results are grouped into specific groups. One method of grouping, discriminant analysis, identifies features that distinguish between groups. Multiple equation analysis, which is an extension of regression, is used to analyze the causal mechanisms from independent variables to entity dependents. Path analysis Helps researchers to analyze several direct and indirect causes of a dependent variable, or outcome. A path diagram that identifies the routes between the independent and dependent variables is created. The paths can either run directly from an independent variable to a dependent variable or run indirectly from an independent variable to the dependent variable through an intermediate variable. The entire model is tested to determine the relative importance of each causal pathway. Modeling structural equation Expands the path analysis by allowing multiple indicators of non-observed (or latent) variables within the model.
