CHRONIC MYOFACIAL can be defined as affects the muscles and the sheath of the tissue that surrounds them . chronic myofacial pain is associated with specific trigger points and can involve a single muscle or group of muscles.it is also called as myofacial pain syndrome. causes of myofacial pain are mechanical factors such as one leg longer than the other , poor posture ,stress & overuse of muscles , exercise , performing work activities using poor techniques that results in repetitive injuries ,
